Please note, because our custom jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns. All custom and made to order pieces are final sale. Final payment is due within seven days of notification that the piece is complete. We ship Fedex-2 day insured shipping, and the customer will be required to sign for the package. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, credit fees or items damaged in shipping. If your items are damaged upon arrival, please take detailed photos of the outside of the box as well as the packaging materials and damaged item(s). Email email@example.com within seven days of delivery to request a replacement. We are unable to issue a replacement without proper documentation. We do accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for unworn and unused fine jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets). Made to order rings are subject to exchange on a case by case basis. Jewelry must pass inspection by our quality team to be accepted for exchange. Our jewelers will guide you through the repair process and timing. Average response time is 1 business day. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost jewelry. We are a small studio and believe in excellent customer service and will resize, repair, refurbish, and replace lost stones for the lifetime of your jewelry at a discounted rate. We offer free ring resizing within the first 30 days of purchase of your Berlinger Ring. To initiate a resizing, please contact us at email@example.com. We will send you a prepaid Fedex Insured shipping label to get the ring back to our studio for resizing. Typical sizing takes between 3-7 days. Not all rings are resizable, we cannot resize “eternity” style rings. Check the item details for information on whether or not your ring is resizable.
