Content & Operations Assistant


What you'll do at Berlinger: 

Photograph & edit content for social
Create weekly content calendar for Pinterest and instagram
Strategize and execute on content creation on Tik Tok account
Assist Founder/CEO with daily operations of the business including customer service, lead generation & follow up, shipping, packaging, interacting with vendors
Ideate & execute on quarterly photoshoots for Facebook/Instagram ads
We’re setting up a private showroom for clients– you’ll be a key part of bringing this to life


    What you’re like: 

    A Content Creation Go Getter - You love being creative, storytelling, photography, and video. You’re excited to tackle a diverse set of projects & start building from the ground up. You like to get in the weeds of a new idea, and make things happen. You bring ideas to life visually. 

    Digital Creative - You relish the opportunity to be creative in the digital space – you love content creation, creating experiences and stories, and connecting with our growing community. You believe in the growth and purchasing power of the e-commerce world, and want to stake your place in it. 

     Execution Oriented - You love to create order and process out of chaos, and you are excited to get the job done successfully. You make it happen, no matter how lofty the goal. 

    Startup Driven - You’re passionate about building a company from the ground up,  you are comfortable with ambiguity, self motivated, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. 



      2+ years experience marketing, social media management, or digital marketing strategy

      Strong analytical skills & creative orientation as evidenced by academic study or previous job experience.

      Interest in ecommerce

      Knowledge of photoshop & adobe suite is a must

      Must be located, or able to relocate to, Los Angeles
